These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Subscription Terms") apply to any paid subscription you purchase from [COMPANY NAME] for [APP NAME] (the "App") and are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use.
1. Free Trial
When you start an eligible paid plan, you may receive a 30-day free trial. The trial gives you access to the paid features listed at the point of purchase. Only new users, or users who have not previously used a trial, are eligible. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.
2. Automatic Renewal & Billing
Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and we (or the applicable app store) will charge the payment method on file the then-current price for the plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
Prices, taxes, and applicable fees are shown at the point of purchase in your local currency where possible. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for each renewal.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:

4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or content you did not use. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled directly by the respective store under its refund policy.
5. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will give you advance notice (by email or in-app) before the change applies to your next renewal, so you can review and cancel if you choose. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Trials, Promotions & Eligibility
Promotional pricing, discounts, and trials are limited-time offers with the terms disclosed at the time of the offer. We may revoke promotional pricing if we reasonably believe it has been obtained through fraud or abuse.
7. Changes to Subscription Features
The features included in each subscription plan may change from time to time. If we make a material adverse change to your plan, we will notify you and, where required, give you an opportunity to cancel.
8. Termination for Non-Payment or Violation
If a charge fails, we may retry it and suspend paid features until payment is received. We may also cancel or refuse to renew a subscription if you violate our Terms of Use.
