They are not medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not create a professional-client relationship of any kind.
We do not guarantee any health, medical, weight, fitness, or nutritional outcome. Nutrition values, calorie counts, and dietary classifications are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, diabetes, pregnancy, an eating disorder, a chronic condition, or any other medical concern, consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional before relying on any recipe, meal plan, or dietary filter in the App. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
3. Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer
Our allergy and dietary filters are tools to help you discover recipes, but they rely on ingredient tagging that may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Cross- contact, hidden ingredients, brand-specific formulations, ingredient substitutions, and preparation methods are outside our control.
You are solely responsible for reviewing every ingredient, checking product labels, confirming preparation steps, and determining whether a recipe is safe for you and anyone you cook for. We are not liable for allergic reactions, foodborne illness, injury, ingredient substitutions, cooking errors, or any other health outcome resulting from your use of the App.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
Certain features are available only through a paid subscription plan. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and included features are shown at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from recipes, images, collections, or other App content, except as expressly allowed;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or training data from the App;
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or other users' accounts;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission;
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, logo, design, branding, software, recipe collections, curated content, imagery, personalized recommendations, and underlying models, is owned by [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. User-Generated Content

We may remove User Content at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos. Do not upload photographs, videos, written descriptions, or other creative material that you did not create unless you have permission from the rights holder.
7a. Imported Recipes & Copyright
Recipe ingredient lists, measurements, temperatures, and timings are factual information. When you import a recipe from a link, a photo, or pasted text, the App extracts those facts and generates an original recipe presentation — descriptions and instructions are written independently rather than copied from the source. Source photographs and videos are never republished; you add your own photo or generate one.
Original written content, photographs, videos, and other creative material from the source may be protected by copyright. Where a source is known, the App records and displays an attribution line linking back to the original. You must not use the App to reproduce a source’s creative content verbatim, and you must not publish imported recipes you do not have the right to share.
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, use the “Report a copyright issue” link on the recipe or post, or contact us using the details in Section 14. We review every report and may hide or permanently remove the content while we investigate, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from the settings.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT RECIPES, NUTRITION DATA, OR ALLERGY FILTERS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [COMPANY NAME] AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50.
